Steven A Freeman

Steven A. Freeman is a former 10 year Veteran Police Officer and Investigator. He is particularly knowledgable of Police Methods and Investigations.  He has practiced Criminal Law Defense exclusively for the past 30 years with emphasis on Sex Crimes, including Criminal Sexual Conduct cases.  He has represented Clients accused of serious felony offenses in every county of Michigan's Lower Peninsula in both State and Federal Courts.  Mr. Freeman has developed a state wide Criminal Law Practice in Michigan with an array of Professional Expert Witnesses to assist him in Defending his Clients against the most serious felony charges.  Mr. Freeman has argued cases on behalf of Clients in both the Michigan Court of Appeals and the Michigan Supreme Court.  Since 2018, he has limited his Law Practice to accepting no more than six new clients per year, each Client accused of only the most serious felony criminal offenses.
