Robert Badgley

I was the target of constant verbal abuse, bigotry and discriminatory behavior during mediation sessions by Robert Badgely. He is a bigot, who constantly discriminated against me on the basis of including but not necessarily limited to gender and minority status. I was subjected to psychological pressure, intimidation, and humiliation by Badgely. I did not understand any questions asked of me properly, and I responded under duress while being in a state of shock. Since he recorded the last 10 mins of one of my sessions, that constitutes ample evidence in support of my claim. When he was challenged on his bigoted behavior, his excuse was that "I am too old for all that". He is a bigot, and I would not be surprised if he did the same with other individuals. I have already reported him to ACLU and Michigan bar council. This bigot does not deserve to be on any platform, and please stay away from him!
