Attorney Biography
Neil Pioch brings more than a decade of courtroom experience to Sommers Schwartz.
As a member of the firm’s Complex Litigation Group, Neil concentrates his practice in the areas of wage and hour violations and consumer protection cases involving breach of contract, breach of warranty and deceptive sales practices.
Many of these lawsuits are collective actions and class actions, and Neil appears in courts across the country on behalf of plaintiffs deprived of wage and overtime pay in violation of the federal Fair Labor Standards Act and similar state laws, as well as consumers financially harmed or defrauded by manufacturers, food processors, and other companies.
A graduate of the University of Michigan and Wayne State University Law School, Neil practiced with litigation boutiques and an AmLaw 100 employment law firm before joining Sommers Schwartz. He was named to Supers Lawyers list of Rising Stars three years in a row, testament by his peers of his superior advocacy skills.
