Jessica L Spiro

Jessica Spiro has been a strong marijuana legal advocate for over 20 years. She is a life member of the NORML Legal Committee and a member of the Americans for Safe Access. She is considered a pioneer in Michigan marijuana law. Jessica has been a strong and respected advocate defending people accused of marijuana related crimes. she is very outspoken for many years about the government resources that are wasted prosecuting and jailing otherwise paw abiding citizens for the safe possession and use of a plant created my mother nature, cannabis.

Jessica is also very experienced with the Michigan Medical Marijuana Act since its inception in 2008. She really enjoys being an advocate for patient and caregiver rights. She also fully supports the MILegalize ballot initiative calling for the legalization for the recreation and use and possession of marijuana in Michigan.

Jessica now serves of counsel to the Law Office of Barton Morris for her marijuana related legal work including issues regarding medical marijuana, cultivation and dispensary licensing and consultation.
