Eric W. Phelps

Eric W. Phelps, M.A., J.D., was born and raised in the small Michigan town of Flat Rock, where his conservative values and strong work ethic were forged. His love of country inspired his life of service, first in the U.S. Marine Corps and later as an attorney and through community service. He has been an attorney for more than 15 years and is family, adoption, fertility, business, civil, estate and probate law. He has handled hundreds of cases involving divorce, division of assets, child custody, parental rights, child support and alimony. He regularly litigates cases in all Michigan trial and appellate courts.
