Attorney Biography
Edward J. Gudeman is the founder and Managing Attorney of Gudeman & Associates, P.C., bringing more than five decades of legal experience to clients throughout Southeast Michigan. A graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, Mr. Gudeman began his career in taxation at Arthur Andersen before founding his own firm in 1974. His practice spans business planning, taxation, estate planning, bankruptcy, and real estate law.
In addition to his legal career, Mr. Gudeman has owned and managed several successful businesses, giving him a unique perspective on the financial and operational challenges his clients face. His hands-on experience, courtroom knowledge, and commitment to ethical representation have earned him the trust of individuals and businesses alike. Mr. Gudeman remains dedicated to providing practical, results-oriented legal guidance.
