Attorney Biography
Daniel Grow is a criminal defense attorney that practices in all courts in Southwest Michigan. His practice is almost 100% focused on defending those facing chrages relating to Michigan's Medical Marijuana Act. He prides himself on defnding the rights of those accused unfairly.
He is chairman of the recently organized Marijuana Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan, and serves on the board of directors of Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan. He is also a member the Michigan Association of OWI Attorneys; Criminal Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan; Cannabis Patients United; National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers; and National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws legal committee.
He frequently speaks on topics related to medical marijuana, and has presented at the NORML Aspen Legal Seminar in Colorado. Daniel's education includes earning a BA in public administration from Michigan State University and is a 1993 graduate of the University of Detroit School of Law.
