Attorney Biography
Sarah is a transactional attorney with a focus on intellectual property. After graduating from Harvard Law School she was an associate at K&L Gates where she assisted public and private companies in initial and secondary public offerings, and advised clients on issues of formation, operation, and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Hoban, Sarah worked as an attorney at a congressional agency where she focused on legislative policy, regulations, and international trade policies.
