Attorney Biography
Attorney Wollman’s main practice areas include real estate law, condominium law, and business law. Attorney Wollman represents lenders, buyers and sellers in all of their residential and commercial real estate needs including purchases, refinances, condominium conversions, sales and more. Attorney Wollman represents both condominium associations and unit owners with any and all legal issues that may arise.
Attorney Wollman is a member of the Real Estate Bar Association (REBA), the Boston Bar Association (BBA), the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA), the American Land Title Association (ALTA), and a title agent for First American Title Insurance Company.
When not devoting herself to her clients and their needs, PeggyAnn enjoys spending time with her husband and two girls. They look forward to their annual trips to Old Orchard Beach, ME and Long Island, NY and can’t wait until their next Disney adventure!
