Attorney Paul Tetzel concentrates his practice on representing individuals in various civil litigation matters with a focus on personal injury and professional malpractice.
He takes an aggressive yet professional approach in the representation of all his clients, advocating to obtain the maximum result in each case.
Representing clients in both State and Federal courts, he handles a broad range of civil litigation cases, including nursing home negligence, product liability, professional malpractice, automobile accidents, wrongful death, construction accidents, insurance coverage disputes and bad-faith insurance claims.
Paul Tetzel has extensive experience in all stages of litigation, most notably trial practice and alternative dispute resolution.
Prior to founding Tetzel Law in 2014, Paul worked at a personal injury law firm in Greater Boston for seven years. With over a decade of legal experience, he has successfully resolved hundreds of cases for his clients, many of which resulted in six-figure recoveries.
