In 2010 Attorney Giuliano was awarded NORML's most prestigious prize to rising lawyers, the John Flowers Mark sholorship.

He is a former Massachusetts S.J.C. Rule 3:03 prosecutor, and has maintained his own law firm in Somerville, Massachusetts since 2008.

National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws NLC -

More than 350 criminal defense attorneys belong to the NORML National Legal Committee (NLC).
