Focused primarily in civil litigation. In addition, he contributes to the firm’s corporate, business, non-profit, employment, landlord tenant, and appellate practice areas.
Attorney Lorincz is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute and the University of Nebraska College of Law, is licensed to practice law in the state courts of Massachusetts and Nebraska, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and is certified in Limited Assistance Representation ("LAR") in Massachusetts.
Attorney Lorincz formerly served as the President of the Attleboro Area Bar Association, sat on the Board of Directors for the Bristol County Bar Association, and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.
In addition, he serves on Human Rights Committees for Beta Community Partnerships and Community VNA’s Norfolk Adult Day Health Center, acts as a mock trial judge for the Annual Yale Mock Trial Invitational Tournament, and is a member of the United Regional Young Professionals Organization.
