Attorney Biography
Carl Hurvich is an immigration attorney at Brooks Law. He earned his undergraduate degree from Oberlin College and his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New York, as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. His practice focuses on immigration law, with an emphasis on the intersection of criminal and immigration matters, including removal defense and complex inadmissibility and waiver cases.
