Attorney Biography
Attorney Alan H. King has been a lawyer for 38 years concentrating in personal injury, worker’s compensation and landlord-tenant issues. He is clear, easy and is never "stuffy". He has a philosophy that every person should be treated with the kind of respect he would expect. You will never be kept waiting and hour to be seen. His schedule is spaced out enough to give every client the time needed to thoroughly discuss all details of your issues. All calls are personally returned quickly. He will personally handle the case, never pushing you off to an office person. When you call during business hours you will get a "live person" and not voice mail.
You will be fully informed of every step in the claim procedure and what to expect at every step. He is honest, and will never "talk up" your claim to give false expectations only to give you an excuse at the end. He won’t give you a lot of "bunk" but provide you with clear guidance. Most people leave the office amazed at how easy he is to talk with.
Before becoming a lawyer Alan worked as an EMT with Boston EMS and then as a claims adjuster with Allstate Insurance Company. He can look at each claim from all sides to give you the best advice and counsel.
Alan does not practice domestic relations, criminal law, civil contracts, immigration law or labor law, but has a referral network of attorneys who he know will do a good job for you.
