Attorney Biography
For the past 36 years I have had the pleasure of representing real estate developers and builders, along with community and national banks in their transactions. I was able to offer these clients creative solutions to their often complex real estate issues. I bring a mission and results-oriented approach to each transaction that I undertake and my clients benefit from my attention to detail and enthusiasm for real estate development.
I have successfully represented clients in the acquisition and sale of real property, using my significant experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements and other related documents, allowing my home builder and lender clients to focus on other issues, confident that I have everything covered.

After earning his B.A. from The Catholic University of America in the District of Columbia, Terry obtained his J.D. from St. Mary’s University of Texas. He then returned to the D.C. area and entered private practice. Terry is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
