Florida Bar Board Certification in Health Law - Lawyers certified in Health Law by the Florida Board of Legal Specialization have demonstrated substantial involvement in this area of the law.
Under Rule 6-14.2, the term “health law” means legal issues involving "legal issues regarding the delivery of health care services." The definition also includes "federal, state, or local law, rules or regulations and health care provider issues, regulation of providers, legal issues regarding relationships between and among providers, legal issues regarding relationships between providers and payers."
