Attorney Biography
A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Richard G. Hayes is a licensed attorney with an extensive background in contract negotiations, financing, tax and licensing agreements, corporate restructuring, formations and joint ventures. Mr. Hayes earned his bachelor’s degree in Urban Affairs from Harris-Stowe State University and his law degree from the University of the District of Columbia – The David A. Clarke School of Law.
Prior to working with Maloney Law Offices, PC; Mr. Hayes worked as an Associate with Philadelphia and Washington, DC – based firm Savage & Associates Law Group, P.C., where his practice involved corporate transactions. Mr. Hayes has advocated on the behalf of others much of his professional career, including low-income residents before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and he regularly conducts individual tax education and awareness presentations to low-income families and individuals throughout the District of Columbia. Mr. Hayes also teaches contract and real estate law as an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies.
