Attorney Biography
Peter Ciferri is an associate real estate attorney with the Maryland-based McMillan Metro, P.C., law firm in Potomac. Mr. Ciferri focuses his practice primarily on land use and zoning, municipal law, commercial leases, commercial development agreements, and other related matters.
Through the extensive knowledge and experience he has gained over his more than five years as a real estate lawyer, Mr. Ciferri helps his clients in navigating the complex governmental and administrative processes of acquiring the proper approvals and permits necessary to conduct their matters in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Clients seeking a transactional lawyer have relied on his assistance in the negotiation, drafting and enforcement of commercial and real estate contracts.
Peter joined McMillan Metro, PC. in 2017 after practicing at a small firm in Frederick County where he primarily practiced real estate and commercial litigation, land use and zoning, and municipal law. Previously, Mr. Ciferri served as judicial law clerk with the Circuit Court for Frederick County. Mr. Ciferri is a 2012 graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law, and a 2007 graduate of Penn State University.
