Advocacy Runs in Her Blood

Before establishing The Spencer Firm, Deyka proudly served as a Public Defender in Montgomery County, Maryland, and as a Public Interest attorney for AARP’s Legal Counsel for the Elderly. She also worked within the litigation department and corporate departments gaining a versatile perspective of the legal field. Her diverse background has equipped her with the expertise to represent individuals who’ve been subjected to workplace discrimination, wrongful termination, or wage violations and companies in need of defense work as well.

A native of Panama raised in Prince George’s County, Maryland, Deyka is deeply embedded in her community. She currently resides in Montgomery County with her husband and children and is a member of the Assemblies of God.
