Attorney Biography
I am very involved with the cannabis community, creating business entities and reviewing leases and land sale contracts for caregivers. Currently litigating on behalf of caregivers and patients, I began working in this field representing defendants who were patients being harassed or arrested despite not violating the criminal code. I continue to represent caregivers on alleged criminal violations but also for alleged violations of Maine regulations. I am currently General Counsel for Legalize Maine, the Maine campaign to pass adult recreational use of marijuana.
