Daniel Emery

Dan Emery has been a lawyer since 1980. He graduated from Williams College and Cornell University School of Law. He practiced at a large firm for 11 years, and has had his own office in Yarmouth, just outside of Portland, since 1992. Dan is a member of the Board of Directors of NOSSCR.

Since opening his office, he has done predominantly disability work, and currently practices exclusively in that area. He worked on a Social Security case as far back as law school, and worked for the Social Security Administration for a time before that. He finds Social Security work the most rewarding legal work he has done. He lives in North Yarmouth with two Dalmatians.
