Charles F Budd Jr

Judge Budd is corrupt and a liar. He has poor knowledge of the law and has very strong opinions which cloud his judgments. He readily ignores documented facts that don't support his preconceived notions, and he fabricates evidence when the evidence presented in the case doesn't suit his desired outcome. If you are a father going through a divorce you will regret having Charles Budd Jr. on the bench as he has a vendetta against fathers, you will lose custody and will lose financially no matter how good of a father you have been to your children and no matter how upstanding of a citizen you are even someone with no legal history. His idea of "fair" custody is that father's get "father's visitation" with their children of just a few days a month and pay through the nose to their ex-spouse. Heaven forbid you call him out on any misstatements and he will threaten your attorney with disbarment because Charlie Budd Jr. cannot be questioned. This man should NEVER practice law in any form
