Attorney Biography
I am an attorney in a small firm, and have a wide range of legal experience. I was a summer intern in the District Attorneys office during my last year of law school and procesecuted many cases. After graduation I had a general practice which for the first ten years or so involved a lot of criminal work. So I know the players, the DA's the Judges and can help out someone who has been charged with a marijuana offense.
I also do many kinds of litigation, and this past year had 5 successful appeals to the Maine Supreme Judicial Court.
I am also very interested in lobbying for what I see as the inevitable future of legalization.
