Attorney Biography
Patrick McClure primarily handles cases regarding Criminal law, including DUI and Marijuana charges; and Family Law including divorce, custody, timesharing, and other aspects.
A practicing attorney since 2000, Patrick is ready to serve his clients interest throughout central and south central Kentucky, now as the senior partner of the office located in downtown Danville since 1969. Patrick and Brian are of course saddened to have announced the passing of George M. McClure III, but are now looking forward to the career of Hon. Justin Johnson as he moves into his new roles.
While Kentucky does not certify specialties of legal practice, and McClure, McClure, and Bailey provides a broad range of services including Estate Planning, Real Estate Transactions, and Probate in addtion to Criminal Law and Family Court matters as well as Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, Personal Injury, and other Civil Litigation, both Plaintiff and Defense.
