Attorney Biography
Milton S. (Chip) Goff, III, the founder of the Law Office of Milton S. Goff is an accomplished and experienced attorney with more than 20 years experience practicing law. Chip is a zealous advocate for injury victims and their families and has a proven record of success. Chip has a reputation for exceptional results, professionalism, and integrity. He has represented clients throughout Kentucky and Ohio in both state and federal court and has argued cases before the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Kentucky Court of Appeals. In addition to Ohio and Kentucky, he has represented clients for injuries that have happened in Indiana, Pennsylvania, Michigan and as far away as the Dominican Republic.
Chip is a Cum Laude graduate of both Northern Kentucky University and the Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law. He also holds an Associate Degree of Applied Science in Electronic Engineering Technology. Mr. Goff is licensed to practice law in Kentucky, Ohio, the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky.
