Government: Assistant U.S. Attorney, U.S. Attorneys Office, Louisville, Ky., 1989-2005. Litigation of civil claims against the United States and prosecution of federal crimes.
Private practice: Caudill Law Office, 2005 to present. Criminal defense and civil litigation including areas of oil and gas, personal injury, whistleblower claims, discrimination claims based on age and medical condition and ERISA.

From 1989 to 2005, John Caudill served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Louisville, Kentucky where he litigated over 50 trials to a jury verdict.
