Attorney Biography
He is the founder of Bangerter Law, P.A. a legal practice that has an emphasis on civil litigation and workers compensation cases. Bangerter grew up in Leoti, Kansas, working endless hours of farm and ranch labor between school activities and university attendance. He has served as a member of mutliple boards. The American Trial Lawyers Association has honored him as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer in Kansas, and he was named 2013, 2015 and 2016 Lawyer of the Year by "Best Lawyers in America."
Bangerter received his bachelor’s degree in 1987 from Oral Roberts University and a law degree in 1990 from the University of Kansas School of Law. He and his wife, Kirstin, have two children. In his free time, he enjoys ranch horse competitions, flying aerobatics, motorcycling, and auto racing.
