Attorney Biography
I have been blessed in the last 43 years to have a full, varied, and rewarding legal career.
An Ohio State University graduate, I attended the University of Cincinnati College of Law, graduating in 1969. I was honored to dedicate the next decade of my life in the service of our Country, working in the field of strategic intelligence followed by over 7 years as an Army lawyer with the Judge Advocate General Corps. These professionally rewarding years facilitated and furthered my desire to help military families with their varied legal needs.
I am in the active practice of military divorce, adoption, and other family-based legal services. I also have extensive experience in courts-martial proceedings and military administrative law issues. My dedication to soldiers and their families is, in part, my way of giving back to the Country that has given so much to me.
I also maintain an active to practice in the field of complex divorces, other areas of family law, and consumer bankruptcy. I am a member of the Kansas Bar Association (KBA) and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA.)
The areas of concentration on which I focus are:
Consumer bankruptcy; Complex family law issues; Military divorces and family law; and, Federal crimes at military post or courts-martial.
