Attorney Biography
Brian Leininger has over 30 years experience in criminal law. While he has successfully defended clients in all types of criminal cases, he now focuses on Drug Offenses and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (DUI) or Drugs (DUID), included related batteries and homicides. He is one of a handful of defense lawyers worldwide to have completed the training to be a Drug Recognition Expert, which is the special police training used to detect drug-impaired drivers.
