Todd Barsumian

Todd C. Barsumian is an experienced litigator and trial attorney who helps the seriously injured in Evansville, Newburgh, Boonville, Princeton, Mt. Vernon, and Tell City, Indiana.

After spending 12 years at the Evansville law firm of Kahn, Dees, Donovan & Kahn, LLP, where he was a litigation partner, he established Barsumian Law in 2010.

In addition to wrongful death and serious injury cases arising out of premises liability, automobile, bicycle, construction site and motorcycle accidents, Todd's litigation experience includes cases of commercial and semi truck accidents, underinsured and uninsured motorist insurance coverage cases, asbestos exposure, consumer product liability, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, and employment discrimination.

Todd is a former board member of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana, 2008–2010, and was Chair of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana Product Liability Section in 2007. He is admitted to practice in Indiana and Kentucky and before various federal courts, as well as the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Indiana Trial Lawyer's Association, Kentucky Justice Association and American Association for Justice.
