Tanner Brooks, founding member of Brooks Legal, graduated magna cum laude from Indiana Wesleyan University in December of 2012. A native of Indiana, Tanner grew up with the midwestern mentality of hard work, dedication, and loyalty. In 2016, Tanner graduated from Indiana University’s Maurer School of Law.

Child Services Issue

Indiana Department of Child Services took my infant grandchild into custody. As an out-of-state grandparent, I hired Tanner Brooks to help my daughter through her issues. I am highly impressed with the professionalism and individual care this law office bestowed upon my daughter. My inquiries were answered fast, Tanner worked with my out-of-state time zone for phone conferences, and Tanner is not afraid to do battle in the courtroom to fight for his clients rights. I can highly recommend Tanner Brooks to everybody, in South Bend or far away, for all DCS, CPS, and DFS issues. Rates are reasonable.
