We hired Mr Stanko and from the very beginning, I should have realized my mistake. He took our money, did nothing except file that he was our attorney and requested the case file. Does not answer phone calls, text messages or emails. Unless he is telling you he is on vacation at the time of a court hearing. Had to change attorneys, I have requested a refund and for the return of documents given to him, but...surprise, surprise, he doesn't respond to that either. I hope he sleeps well knowing how he scams so many people. please call ANYONE else, do not hire this man.

I contacted Paul after I was pulled over for speeding in Kosciusko County. The cop smelled weed in my car, and I admitted to having a small quantity in my console. I mistakenly thought I was facing just a small fine, but possession is still a crime in Indiana! Paul got me a Pretrial Diversion. Basically, I stayed out of trouble, and the case was eventually dismissed. Definitely call Paul if you get arrested in Indiana! BTW, I found him through NORML.
