Attorney Biography
Brad Banks has been practicing law since 2000. During his career most of his experience has been in criminal law.
Brad started out as a prosecutor and worked his way up starting out as a trial deputy, then handling major felony cases, next handling nothing but murder cases and then ended his time as a division chief.
Since then, Brad has been vigorously defending the rights of those accused of crime. Brad has handled all types of cases including murder, battery, sex offenses, dui, theft and all other types of crimnal cases.
Brad excells at keeping good contact with his clients and keeping them informed about their case each step of the way.
If a case ends up needing to go to trial, Brad has excelled in that area as well.
Brad has tried more than 70 jury trials, 11 of which have been murder cases.
