Bill Cisar started his bright and successful career with academic excellence receiving numerous merit-based academic scholarships and awards. To get the most out of the university experience and ensure he stood above the rest of his peers Mr. Cisar participated in extra activities such as being an editor for the law review.

Going above and beyond the normal requirements to become a general practice lawyer Mr. Cisar didn’t stop when he achieved his J.D. Juris Doctor. He wanted to become more and have a specialization in taxation. He possessed the foresight of knowing the primary concern for wealthy individuals and business owners is taxes. Bill understood that having exceptional knowledge in the area of Taxation would greatly benefit his future clients so he acquired an L.L.M. Masters in Law disciplined in Taxation in addition to his J.D. Juris Doctor. 

Now with ten plus years of legal experience working in multiple companies incorporating the best practices and methodologies of achieving success, Bill focuses on a holistic approach to law. Legal concerns are one aspect of running a successful business and should be integrated into the business process and workflow of a company. Providing insight into the reasons why the law exists leads to better integration of legal compliance techniques into the business operations process as a whole. Speaking plainly without the legal jargon streamlines the understanding process and with thorough explanations of the legal process business objectives can be readily achieved. Timelines can be more accurately predicted and unexpected delays and bottlenecks can be avoided with proper communication and understanding of the legal process.

Several years of being an owner operator of an independent law firm demonstrates end-to-end knowledge and experience of being a business owner.
