Pasha Vaziri

Vaziri Law LLC is a Chicago civil litigation firm with a focus on business/commercial, employment, and personal injury litigation. We practice in federal and state court (including Cook County, DuPage County, Will County, Lake County, Kane County, and surrounding areas). We offer flexible billing tailored to client needs.

Attorney Pasha Vaziri graduated from the University of Kentucky as a philosophy and political science double-major. Pasha then worked in the financial services department of a Fortune 500 company for two years prior to attending The John Marshall Law School in Chicago. After obtaining his Juris Doctor, Pasha worked as an associate attorney at a general civil litigation firm with a focus on personal injury and insurance law. There Pasha settled countless cases for his clients, both individual and corporate. As a litigator, Pasha Vaziri obtained favorable outcomes through mediation, arbitration hearings, and bench and jury trials. Building on that experience, in 2014 Pasha founded Vaziri Law LLC with a focus on the following practice areas: business litigation, class and collective actions, employment litigation, and injury litigation.

We believe it is important to remain flexible. We stay nimble and are willing to adapt. This approach is evident in various contexts. If we must litigate a matter, we can do so in court, but are also willing to use alternative dispute resolution forums such as mediation or arbitration. If strategic arrangements are called for, we tap into our robust network and form a team that more properly will achieve client goals. If a particular client needs alternative billing models, we are always willing to have that conversation. The legal industry has changed and continues to change.
