Attorney Biography
JD Jordan brings a personal understanding of injury and advocacy to his work as a Chicago-based personal injury attorney. Raised in Phoenix and trained at University of Illinois-Chicago (John Marshall Law School), JD chose this path not only due to academic interest but also because he's lived the experience many of his clients face.
As a teenager, he was involved in a serious car accident that left his mother unconscious. Called to testify in arbitration, JD saw firsthand how intimidating the legal process can be, especially when met with aggressive defense tactics. However, he has also experienced the difference a calm, supportive attorney can make. That moment solidified his desire to be that advocate for others.
Today, JD has helped clients recover almost 100 million in compensation for injuries caused by negligence. He’s known for his steady presence, strategic thinking, and ability to connect with people navigating overwhelming circumstances.
Outside the courtroom, JD lives in Roscoe Village with his girlfriend, cat, and two pugs.
