Attorney Biography
Since 2014, Attorney Carl A. Virgilio has stood by the sides of those in need of aggressive and relentless legal representation. While he is highly skilled in various areas of personal injury law, he focuses the majority of his practice handling cases related to workers’ compensation, firefighter pension cases, police officer pension cases, Public Employee Disability Act (PEDA) claims, and Public Safety Employee Benefits Act (PSEBA) claims.
Before committing his life to judiciary work, he enrolled at the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign. At this school, he earned his Bachelors of Science in Political Science. Upon the completion of his undergraduate coursework, he attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School where he earned his Juris Doctorate. Currently, he is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Workers’ Compensation Lawyers Association, the Justinian Society of Lawyers, and the Illinois State Bar Association.
