William James Fitzgerald

Mr William Fitzgerald fails o advocate for his client, fails to present documents to the court on his clients behalf, has been dishonest in several instances, failed to object to the excessive length of the defendants sentence and in fact presented a plea agreement that would violate the defendants civil right to due process if signed the defendant would waive his right to appeal in exchange for concurrent sentences. This is use of phycological cohersion--in essence threatening his client with harsher consequences, compelling the defendant to act against his will. POV. Do NOT hire this attorney and if assigned to him by the court due to financial inability to hire representation, fire him immediately.
