Spoke once and he let me bring up 2 points then just inexplicably decided the conversation was over and told me, "See you in court on," and said the wrong day. Didn't come out between hearings to meet/ talk with me, I didn't even know he was there until I entered the courtroom and bailiff pointed him out. He acted confused about who I was. Hair everywhere, beard untrimmed, wearing a dirty sweater, one lazy eye. I know that just sounds judgemental, but a FAR CRY from what I expect or have Ever seen from a lawyer. Not paying attention in court, didn't stand for "all rise," had to be tapped on the shoulder when judge addressed him. I had to prompt him to address the judge with what we'd discussed and he opened with, "I might be making a mountain out of a molehill but..." and proceeded to stumble through reading word for word the 2 things he had let me get out over the phone. I can find no evidence this guy has even done family law. Unbelievable really.
