Attorney Biography
Joseph Miller graduated from Boise State University with a bachelor's in Philosophy and then went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho. After passing the bar, he immediately opened a solo practice, specializing in criminal defense, personal injury, and family law.
In 2014, Mr. Miller merged his solo practice with the firm of Mauk & Burgoyne, forming Mauk Miller & Burgoyne, LLC (now Mauk Miller, LLC). He has been a partner there ever since and continues to focus on criminal defense and personal injury cases while also developing an employment law practice.
