Michael K. Livingston is a founding partner at Davis Levin Livingston. An honors graduate of Harvard University and a member of the founding class at the Antioch School of Law, he has an expansive legal career with a number of notable cases under his belt. Mr. Livingston focuses his practice on litigation, representing injured individuals and plaintiffs in medical malpractice, personal injury, insurance bad faith, and civil rights violation cases, amongst others.
