Attorney Biography
Cesar C. Cabot has been practicing law since 1988. He is the founding Partner of Cabot Mantanona LLP, which was established in 1992. Attorney Cabot’s practice is a blend of commercial transactional work, real estate, business law, and litigation.
Attorney Cabot received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Oregon in 1988. He was a former Assistant Attorney General in 1988 and an Assistant Public Defender from 1989 until 1991. Attorney Cabot is admitted to the Bar in Guam, Hawaii and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. He was the former chairman of the Guam Bar Ethics Committee and is a member of numerous social and civic organizations.
