Attorney Biography
Chandler Bowers is a corporate attorney who focuses his practice on advising technology companies. His practice includes counseling clients on entity formation, intellectual property, governance, operating and shareholders agreements, commercial contract drafting, mergers & acquisitions, capital raising and all general corporate matters. Chandler works with a broad range of companies from energetic startup teams to mature public companies, as well as many leading venture capital and private equity firms. His practice also includes advising entrepreneurs and investors.
Chandler has over ten years of experience working with technology companies. Prior to attending law school, Chandler earned the Certified Information Privacy Professional designation and consulted with Fortune 500 companies such as Verizon, Dell and Comcast, on consumer privacy regulation compliance. While in law school, Chandler served as the President of the Business Law Society and was inducted into the Society of the Gavel and the James L. Petigru American Inn of Court.
In his free time, Chandler enjoys spending time with his family, reading and playing basketball.
