Kelly Miller represented me in my divorce September 27th 2004.
Kelly threw me under the bus in order to gain favor w/Judge Karp.
Kelly informed me prior to going to court, that my husband's attorney G. Terry Hubbard, was actually
friends with the judge and that they played golf together and that Hubbard would sit in for Karp
when Karp would take his vacations.
I was forced to appear in court during a hurricane evacuation, the Chatham county courthouse on
Montgomery Street was completely empty of most people.
The only people present in the courtroom after the judge had allowed my ex-husband to get on the
stand and trash me, and after the judge had dismissed all of my witnesses without allowing them in
the courtroom.
When Court resumed I was approached by Miller who informed me that I was going to be settling out of
court, she said I was going to get $900 a month, my minivan and my three kids, and that my husband
was going to be the one using the children on his tax refund each year which he did every year till
2020.
What in that courtroom that day was completely and utterly despicable and against the law! I
expected this from the judge in my husband's attorney but not my own attorney! Kelly Miller is a
crooked, horrible, cheating, conniving, lying liar. She will do anything to gain favor with the
judge including, allowing moms to lose their kids which I did not, but reading her reviews I see
that the last 20 years have been completely corrupt! Women listen to me you will be better off
defending yourself than hiring Kelly E Miller for your divorce attorney, take my word for it she is
