Attorney Biography
My law practice is concentrated in representing clients who have injury to the brain --- accute open and closed head --- traumatic brain injury. I have developed significant relationship with physicans who practice in and consult in this area.
Technology has changed the playing field in our ability to identify and medically confirm the existence of the injury which is impertaive in designing a course of treatment and counseling for the injured to get on with their lives and relationships.
I do not quit. I will not allow my clients to quit. Life is hard. Life for the brain injured is peculiarly difficult. I appreciate and emphatize with the brain injured in their struggle to understand the change to their life caused by injury to the brain.
I am admitted to the State and Federal Courts of Georgia and South Carolina and the Federal Court in D.C.
I have taken depositions all over the United States.
