Jonathan Barash offers his clients a broad-ranging commercial litigation practice which includes business litigation, construction litigation, contract disputes, real estate disputes, restrictive covenants and covenants not to compete litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, business torts, business divorces, and commercial collections.
