Alabama family was in Atlanta, Georgia for a soccer tournament. As they dined at defendant's restaurant, a mullion cover from one of the windows suddenly, without warning, fell on several of the patrons, causing mild head trauma which required stitches and follow up care. It was alleged that the owners of the restaurant and its contractors were negligent in securing the decorative window mullion cover and that they knew or should of known of the hazard and did nothing to protect its patrons.
