Cash settlement prior to trial. Seventy-five (75) year old retired mother and grandmother of three was killed by a tractor-trailer that drove through the median on I-75 southbound directly into oncoming northbound traffic.

Alabama family was in Atlanta, Georgia for a soccer tournament. As they dined at defendant's restaurant, a mullion cover from one of the windows suddenly, without warning, fell on several of the patrons, causing mild head trauma which required stitches and follow up care. It was alleged that the owners of the restaurant and its contractors were negligent in securing the decorative window mullion cover and that they knew or should of known of the hazard and did nothing to protect its patrons.

Our client, who was a pedestrian, was struck on Roswell Road in Atlanta after grocery shopping. Our client suffered head injuries and brain trauma, a fractured leg, and internal injuries to her bladder and liver requiring open abdominal surgery. She remained hospitalized at a local hospital for several weeks in a coma.

Our client, a 28 year old man, was driving his motorcycle on Georgia State Road 6 when a young lady pulled directly out in front of him at an intersection. Our client thrown about 60 feet down the road. In addition to the 2 liability policies, our client lived at home and his parents and they had 5 separate UM policies amounting to $175,000.00.

49 year-old mother of a nine (9) year old, delivering newspapers early one morning, was struck and killed by an illegally passing pick up truck as she attempted to make a left turn into a private driveway. Defendant was speeding and had crossed the double yellow lines in an attempt to pass plaintiff. The deceased suffered massive head injuries and died immediately upon impact
