Attorney Biography
My goal is to help federal employees who need to use the EEO process or MSPB appeal process to protect their job, dignity and sanity.I am a former attorney for the United States Postal Service and I routinely represented the USPS before the EEOC and MSPB.I was also a contract EEO Investigator for the USPS through the National EEO Investigative Services Office (NEEOISO).I have seen firsthand the tactics and strategies used by federal agencies to minimize and defend EEO cases and terminate employees.
Today, I proudly represent federal employees who have been subjected to discrimination and/or adverse personnel actions such as Notices of Proposed Removal and Removals.I have handled EEOC claims on behalf of federal employees ranging from hostile work environment, race, sex, religion, age and disability.Because I am an attorney licensed and in good standing in Georgia and North Carolina I can represent federal employees nationwide before the MSPB and EEOC.
