Attorney Biography
Benjamin Clary is the founding attorney of Chattahoochee Injury Law and has practiced law in Georgia for nearly a decade. He focuses exclusively on personal injury cases, representing clients injured in car wrecks, premises liability incidents, assaults, and wrongful death matters. Known for his thorough preparation and client-first mindset, Ben works tirelessly to pursue full and fair compensation for those harmed by negligence.
A Savannah native, Ben earned his Communications degree from the College of Charleston and his Juris Doctor from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law. He approaches every case with discipline and long-term vision, drawing from his background as a long-distance runner. Outside the courtroom, Ben is active in his community and committed to serving clients with integrity, focus, and compassion.
