Zachry Cauthen Lever

Mr. Lever focuses his practice on commercial real estate law and advises clients on a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, leasing, joint ventures, and financing. He also counsels clients in the real estate aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, and reorganizations.

Mr. Lever has been admitted to the Florida Bar.He previously worked as a real estate finance associate at Smith, Hulsey & Busey, P.A. where he advised buyers, sellers, and lenders in commercial real estate dispositions, acquisitions, leases, financings, and loan restructurings.
